Communication and Responsiveness: Danny was timely, accurate, and thorough with all communications; we always knew the status, how to reach him with questions, received thorough and honest answers. 2. Working with the insurance company: Danny was a great advocate for us/getting our roof replaced due to the state of the roof. He worked well with the insurance company, walking the roof with them to help ensure a thorough inspection. Resulted in a full roof replacement. 3. Timing: The overall timing for our work with ACC was great! They were very patient with us we agonized about the roof color choice - offering up photos and advice.
