The salon was incredibly busy, with a noticeable backup due to prom season, spray tan appointments, etc. but Ellie handled everything with professionalism and composure. Rather than leaving customers wondering what was going on, she proactively kept everyone updated on wait times and apologized for the delays, even though the circumstances were clearly outside of her control.

What impressed me also was how knowledgeable she was. She took the time to explain the available upgrades, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and clearly knew the details of every option she discussed. At no point did I feel pressured, just informed.

Even with how busy the salon was, Ellie still made every customer feel important. As I was leaving, she followed up with me personally and even addressed me by name. That level of attention to detail and customer care is rare.
