I had a bathroom out of service due to a clogged septic line that caused the toilet to overflow into bathtub. My Roto-Rooter technician Tim was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to correct my issue. In fact, completed work in a little more than an hour. Unfortunately, Tim doesn’t set pricing and the cost was very steep. The job did come with a video of my pipes, to check for other issues, and a six month warranty.
The work to connect hot and cold water supply lines to our laundry tub was done very well. We were only disappointed that the cost was higher than the estimate because the plumber first failed to correctly determine the location of the water supply lines.
