Scott came out and was able to find the water leak in my Commerical Building that three other plumbing companies could not find. He was professional, on time and very thorough in his investigation to find the leak. I would highly recommend Line Locators to find any water leaks that you may have in your commerical or residential property.
My neighbor referred line Locators to me and I was very pleased with their service. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable and he precisely located the water leak i am having issues with.I will also give 5 stars to their customer service department especially Kim, she was very professional and customer oriented.
These folks are WONDERFUL!! The location was a mature commercial building. My technician clearly knew what he was doing, didn’t waste time figuring out the issue(s), went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on and gave me suggestions on resolution. It is hard to find knowledgeable and efficient companies to work with. I am fortunate and thankful to have found them and look forward to a continued relationship!!
