Last clean was mostly good, but: I leave 3 handtowels draped over the side of my tub. I don't expect them to remember which one goes where, but I would like them replaced there, instead of folded and left in a pile on the floor. This has happened before. Sometimes the towels are folded, sometimes just in a pile on the floor. I know I don't get the same team every time, so I'm not sure if it's more than one team that does it.

Other than that, the cleans have been good.

The Cleaning Authority cleans my home every other week. I love their reminders and communication. The teams do a good job with my two person two dog home. Since we both work from home, we can schedule them for the best day and time for us, and they consistently keep our time slot. The cleaners are professional, focused, trustworthy, dependable, and efficient. Highly recommend.
