I’ve got multiple levels of spine degeneration, a disc replacement, fused ankles, fused foot, pins in my wrists, tears in my shoulder, nerve pain. Day to day I’m in a lot of pain. But after these workouts I feel great. Like I’m in the best “worst” shape of my life. Brad understands the human body like a physical therapist so the injured areas aren’t overworked but strengthened. While the healthy areas are improved and supporting the injured body parts. Highly recommend working with him.“

I could not find the parking garage people speak of but I was able to find a pay parking spot which I was lucky was free cause it was night time. One of the best showers I've ever had! Clean, hot water! I will definitely be stopping here again when I'm in town.“

2825 Wilson Blvd, Arlington“Very sore and happy with Barry's. The results with consistency are kicking in and when Elanna yells 'sprint at a 7-9' I'm not scared! Caroline at the front desk was super helpful when I popped in a couple weeks ago with my class pass trial and honestly what had me commit was her to care enough to share that booking through the Baryy's app; you are able to reserve 'your' tread and with being a class pass member you aren't able to do that. It really is about the added touch and detail for client's who are consistent with class.
Elanna, Jasmine, and Philip are my go to and their transitions from tread to floor are so seamless, class goes by super quick. It's the after that you realize you probably blacked out in class a few times and came back to life.
Very happy here! Everyone is friendly here, this is not a pretentious studio unlike the others around here.
*Side note, their smoothie bar, theragun's for use, and elevated toiletries and shower options are worth the monthly membership fees.“
