    Jeff is a great personal fitness coach! He shows the exercise first before we get into it. He corrects my form. He also explains the theory behind it well & doesn't mind answering all my questions. Now I have a repertoire of exercises that I can do on my own.

    I started at Method Fitness earlier this year and want to express my thanks for the welcoming ambience (regardless of age), state of the art equipment, and the excellent trainer assigned to me. Chris knows his stuff and pairs exercises to get the most out of each session. As an older client, I very much appreciate his emphasis on developing my balance, along with increasing my strength. I certainly rate the company and Chris with 5 stars!

Method Fitness is a gym that specializes in and offers only one service, and that is quality 1-on-1 Personal Training. Our mission is to provide a space where those looking for guidance in regards to their health & fitness can feel secure and confident that they are receiving quality care and attention. We do that by implementing a systematic process and science-backed training methodologies to coach proper movement patterns and biomechanics. We have trained any and all clientele regardless of age, goals, or experience.
