Jeff is a great personal fitness coach! He shows the exercise first before we get into it. He corrects my form. He also explains the theory behind it well & doesn't mind answering all my questions. Now I have a repertoire of exercises that I can do on my own.
Evelina has been instrumental in my fitness journey over the past two years. With her guidance, I've made significant progress in both building muscle and achieving weight loss goals. Her positive attitude and thoughtful approach to personal training have been amazing!
I started at Method Fitness earlier this year and want to express my thanks for the welcoming ambience (regardless of age), state of the art equipment, and the excellent trainer assigned to me. Chris knows his stuff and pairs exercises to get the most out of each session. As an older client, I very much appreciate his emphasis on developing my balance, along with increasing my strength. I certainly rate the company and Chris with 5 stars!
