Cecilia Villalobos, DC Salsa Queen, hosts an awesome salsa and bachata party at Lioudmila's Dance Studio in Alexandria VA on the fourth Friday of every month.She starts with a mixed level salsa lesson and bachata lesson and then has open dancing and fajitas until late. A bailar!
