Breathe is a great studio offering a wide variety of classes with small class sizes ( I think the max is 15). The instructors are wonderful and impart a great love and understanding of their practice . I always leave class feeling uplifted. Recently I've been attending Darina's yamuna body rolling class and I love it - my body feels stronger and more grounded in just a few weeks of attending class. Breathe provides a wonderful community where members are friendly, welcoming, and fun to be around.
Everyone at the studio is so kind and helpful. They have a huge variety of different classes to choose from and I love that if you can’t make it into the studio, they offer most of the classes online as well.
