Dr. Schreffler is knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. He spent a good deal of time listening, questioning, examining, and taking notes. It has been 3 days since my treatment. At the time it was very powerful and helpful, both from the manipulation and the explanations of what was causing my problems, which I knew had been building for a long time. The accompanying email was also very informative and I have been able to work on rehabilitation and re-education of my posture. It really feels like I can become pain-free and I'm so grateful for that, but also keep well by improving my posture and combating limited movement. When swimming today I experienced greater movement and alignment than I ever had before, it was a real eureka moment.
