this was my dogs first experience to a groomers after previously being cut seven times on his private part (which was not this same groomer) so prior to my appointment they understood my unique situation.and i am so lucky! because from the get go the groomer, Melissa (and the front desk girl) were so patient, gentle, and understanding with him. they catered to my special situation and i couldnt be more thankful!

This place is incredible. I take my 2 dogs here to get the full works done. Each time I get my pups back they smell amazing, they look adorable and they are both happy. I even noticed a big difference in their teeth after having them brush them. Ben is very kind and you can tell he loves animals. I also really enjoy Melissa! You can tell she pays close attention to the animals and the way they are experiencing being in a different environment. True animals lovers here!!

Mel did a great job with my baby! He’s shaggy and a little bit curly, and most groomers tend to cut his hair too short. Mel listened to what I wanted and knocked it out of the park. The price was in line with what I expected to pay and she had him finished up pretty quickly. Great experience all the way around.
