His Friday was booked so he referred me out to someone else, which I think is amazing. But based on his reviews, I really wanted him to do the job, so I waited for Monday. He did a rough estimate based on the details I provided.He was 15mins EARLIER than his original schedule time.He did a quick troubleshoot, talked through a couple of repair options, and even dealt with receiving payment through my home warranty company over the phone.And, the cost of the repair was actually LESS than the original estimate.On top of that, he is just a kind and courteous guy.He will be my first call next time I have a plumbing issue!“
