Was a walk-in first thing on a Saturday morning with a very sick dog. They worked her in immediately, diagonosed her, stablized her and called Emergency Animal hospital since it was a weekend and she would need overnight care, where they were waiting on her.
We’ve been working on a severe UTI with my Dalmatian (9 yrs). He’s an intact male. Great disposition. I’ve only seen Dr Patraitis ( DVM Cornell) and McMahan (DVM A&M). Two of the best programs there are. We’re running a number of diagnostics. The two of them have run ultrasound several times (no added$!) They just do it ! Checking for stones and other UT abnormalities.
I am very happy with them and the staff. Although I have no medical training I am an engineer with significant experience in technical problem solving. They are fact based and data driven. Not prone to guessing. We’ve had Many dogs. Many issues.
I went in yesterday to see when my new pup would need his next shots and the entire staff was incredibly kind. They even gave me free samples!
I will be coming back here because of the way they treated my new best friend.
I highly recommend them!
