Dungan’s crew installed new flooring, vinyl plank, in my master bedroom and closet today. They did an awesome job. Very nice and friendly crew who worked and got it all done in one day. I highly recommend Dungan’s!!

Dungan’s cut a custom area rug for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Before going to Dungan’s, another company strung us along about doing the custom rug before ultimately ghosting us due to the complexity. Tony’s team didn’t hesitate to jump right in - not only did they cut the rug on site to make sure it was perfect before surging it, they also special ordered carpet samples when I didn’t find the exact fit in store to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I will be using Dungan’s from here on out!
I went to Dungans because of their long standing presence in McKinney. Their salesman Ron assured me that their installer has been with them long term and one of the best. For sure Jonathan is! He took a day just to grind our upstairs subfloor (warped OSB!!) and then float all the low spots. It took more float than estimated and I was happy to pay for it, as you can imagine, your finished floor is only as good as your subfloor is flat and level. Glad he knew what he was doing. Will use them again for more flooring upstairs and continue the beautiful wood planks.
