The facility is kept very clean and organized, with a solid variety of equipment, including a sauna and a kids' play area.

Coach Amy is incredible and sweet. She makes sure that we do a correct form and technique, particularly in weight lifting, to ensure safety and prevent injury. The strength training classes are outstanding!!“
