Based on the reviews, Scissors & Razor offers excellent service with very reasonable prices. The stylist, Josie, provides absolutely amazing haircuts and beard trims. She is professional and uses multiple pairs of scissors and razors to create the finest haircut. Josie is great for thick hair and always goes above and beyond expectations. Customers have been coming for more than 2 years and have never left disappointed. The service is always great, and many have had one of the best haircuts ever. Josie is just as sweet as she can be, and customers are very satisfied and grateful.

I’ve been a regular customer for the past two years. She is very polite, experienced, and always does an excellent job. I honestly feel she is a perfectionist—in the best way. Even when I think the haircut is done, she continues to check carefully for any small imperfections.
I’ve never seen someone so professional and passionate about their work. Highly recommended!

I haven't been impressed by a hair stylist in 20 years, since my long time stylist retired. Josie didn't just impress me, she blew my mind. I have never had so many tools used to cut my hair. I'm a woodworker so I appreciate tools. She used multiple
pairs of scissors and razors. It is the finest haircut I have ever had. Also, just as sweet as she can be.

Josie was able to create a haircut that matches my hair thickness and I am so glad about it.
