I got a text from City of McKinney that water had been running continuously for 24 hours. I was alarmed of course and called Genzell to take a look. I had not used a plumber before and chose them because of their 22 years of business and great reviews. Brody and Paul came to look at what might be the problem. I had left a hose on and this turned out to be the issue. I had since realized it and turned it off. They didn’t even charge me for it. I will most definitely call Genzell again with any plumbing issues in the future. The guys were very professional and quickly were able to see what was going on.

We cannot recommend Genzel Plumbing Company enough for ALL your plumbing needs. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and prompt. Our service techs, Brody and Tim, were fantastic to work with. We had two pipes break in a concrete beam of our foundation. This was no small problem and as homeowners we were concerned how the issue would be fixed. Brody kept us informed every step of the process and always took time to answer any questions or concerns we had. We felt heard and respected which is extremely rare these days. Brody and Tim’s work was impeccable and they cleaned up well after the job was completed. We are very pleased and grateful to have a hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy company as Genzel Plumbing to help us in a time of need.

Robby Genzel has been our plumber for over 20 years. He is without a drought the best Master plumber I know. He is a good Christian and he and his wonderful wife have raised 4 great children to be responsible young adults. There no one like Robby & Jamie! PERIOD!
