Not only are they the most affordable pet care plan-based office, they are gentle and caring with the pets. One of the best decisions I've made is signing up for Thrive. My dog recently got very sick and was pooping bloody diarrhea for a couple of days. I hoped it would improve, but on day 3 I knew it was not. They were fully booked but I told them I can bring in my pup on short notice if they get a no-show or cancellation. And they did just that, got Buttercup in, gave her fluids, meds, and my dog got drastically better in less than 36 hours. They also went the extra mile when I paid for a nail trim at the same visit since I hadn't taken her to groomers with COVID concerns. Not saying they can definitely get your pet in for an emergency type situation, but they'll try! And the whole thing happened without me stepping outside my car on a drizzly afternoon. The tech came to my car, took her in, brought her back, I paid online through a convenient link they texted me... Cannot say enough good things about them!
Dr Ravi was excellent from start to finish explaining everything throughout the entire process and the front desk representative was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place go see them if you’re in need of services. 10/10
