The young man that was working today by himself (Hatem) is his name. He could have easily cracked under pressure, gave up because it was just so many people walking in. But he didn’t he was very professional. He greeted everyone and took care of everyone by himself.!! I listened to him, and I watched him help each, and every one of us and he took his time and explained different things that he needed to explain to to us individually.
So I give a big 100 to Hatem And his customer service today. I really was skeptical and was about to turn around, but he changed my mind!!“
