Absolutely avoid this place! Saw Dr. Hines back in March and he was awesome. Did an X-Ray and told me next step would be an MRI. Dr. Hines has since left and the front desk staff is making me start over as a new patient with a new doctor. When I tried to explain that this should not be necessary and that i know I need an MRI, the lady I spoke with got frustrated and told me no doctor could ever pick up from another doctor without a consult first. She went as far as to say that even my Family Medicine can't do that. When I told her my family medicine does that, she hung up on me. Dr. Hines was amazing. He was kind and understanding. He prayed with us before my son went into surgery! Wow. That was the icing on the cake. It felt like he was family. He truly cares about his patients not to mention the scar is straight. Well done Dr. Hines. God bless you.
