The wife is the ultimate do it yourselfer, but she wants a game plan and specific instructions before tackling a project. This is where Floyd came in. Due to the distance of our home from local areas another ubuildit recommended Floyd and we were a bit far for him as well. But after a good conversation he came on board as a consultant and gave us the BIBLE for building a home. And he also made the drive out on three separate occasions to inspect our build for us to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend Floyd Decker with Ubuildit! He actually assisted my parents with their build several years ago. When I was looking to either have someone build or attempting to do it myself the difference in the overall cost made my decision easy. I will tell you we saved a ton of money and Floyd was there to assist me every time I had a question. He is honest and a straight shooter. No doubt in my mind I made the correct decision. I actually finished the home sooner than some of the builders were telling me they could finish it in. Floyd will give you all the tools you need to get the job done right!
