“⭐ 1 Star<br><br>I chose Dhara based on her Instagram portfolio and booked both a haircut and a frizz-control treatment. During the consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted better frizz control and a haircut with more volume, shape, and movement. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were not properly listened to, and the final results did not meet the expectations discussed. No point of consultation (extra time waste). The frizz-control treatment did not significantly reduce the frizz, and the haircut showed very little visible difference from my before photos.<br><br>Another concern was the frequent interruptions during my appointment. There were phone calls and messages related to other clients while my service was being performed, which made the experience feel rushed and unprofessional.<br><br>What disappointed me most was the lack of communication afterward. I politely reached out on Instagram, shared photos of the results, and asked if anything could be done to help improve or fix the issues. I never received a response.<br><br>After spending significant time and money, I left feeling unheard and disappointed. Based on my experience, the results and customer service did not match the expectations created by the work showcased on social media.<br><br>Update : 07/21/2026<br><br>Updated review: After sharing my concerns, the salon contacted me and offered to reapply the frizz-control treatment at no additional cost. I decided to give them a second chance, and I’m glad I did. The frizz has reduced after the second application, and the overall result is better. I truly appreciate that they listened to my concerns, treated me respectfully, and made an effort to correct the issue without charging me again. Their follow-up and customer service were good, and the second appointment went smoothly. Thank you for taking my feedback seriously and working to improve my experience.”
