“I can’t say enough great things about Jason and his company! Last December when we had the below freezing temps for a long stretch, our heater went out. Or warranty company gave us different companies to come fix it but no one would come out for a few days. We couldn’t wait days with the risk of pipes bursting etc. then we talked to Jason on a Sat morning and he was here that day. He was able to temporarily fix our system to give us heat and advised us on the best option being a new heating and A/C system for MULTIPLE reasons: more efficient, lower energy costs, stop the “work arounds” others did to temporarily fix it only to break again, new electrical motherboard so we didn’t have shorts, air purifier to clean air, LESS DUST. We are coming up on a year with this system his crew installed and he was 100% right on all of it! He has even made an emergency visit out when we found water coming thru our ceiling to help and found that the builder had installed a pipe incorrectly and the AC was dripping on the attic floor. He fixed the pipe, blew out the line and brought it up to code with a smile on his face! He wouldn’t let us give him anything for coming out so fast on a Sunday night!Jason has so much knowledge that he leaves you feeling confident in all your decisions and what is going on. “Our 3.5 ton A/C upstairs unit stopped working suddenly. With the temperature having been over 100* for the past two weeks our A/C had to work. Otherwise, my kids couldn't sleep or be upstairs at the indoor temps were 90*+ and my wife's office also upstairs was also unable to be used, causing extra grief from her employer.My neighbor Ron recommended Hayward Air. John Hayward replied to my text promptly and arrived the next morning at 10:00.He found the capacitor on the upstairs unit was blown and within 10 minutes it was repaired and blowing cold air!!This was yesterday and I am still waiting for responses to my initial calls to 5 other local A/C companies.Quick response, knowledgeable with integrity and ethical and he didn't try to sell me a quick fix of Freon or tell me the only solution was to replace my 3.5 ton unit (and preemptively replace the 5 ton unit) John is a pro and I would HIGHLY recommend him to all that need A/C repair.When I replace both units this winter he will be my first call.Great job John. I'll continue to recommend you to all my neighbors and friends here in the Stonebridge Ranch, McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Prosper area.“
