Today was my first time using Graceful Maids and the experience was seamless from start to finish! They worked with me on the pricing, Catalina and her co worker were extremely professional, thorough and friendly. I was given an arrival window and they promptly arrived at the top of the window, I appreciated the heads up text with their ETA. I did not have to ask them to go over any task, everything was done right the first time. I was also impressed with their willingness to get on hands and knees and counter tops! Today was the first time I used Graceful Maids. I have never had my house cleaned professionally and I was nervous about getting help. I’m so glad that I did. The ladies were so kind and did a great job. My house smells and feels amazing. They even made my twins’ beds look so cute. I’m so excited to have them come back every month!Service: Deep clean
