Ms. Kate did my daughter’s wedding hair and makeup along with MOB, MOG, and SIL. She was super sweet and we all felt as if we had known her all her life! She made us all so so pretty! I would highly recommend her.
I got a haircut for the first time yesterday. I asked for her to cut my shoulder length hair into a short bob. The directions were as short as possible WITHOUT SHAVING the back of my head. During the cut she asked to thin the back out. I asked how she was going to do that, she stated by point cutting. I was exhausted and not paying attention. Guess who has a MASSIVE MASSIVE razor rash on the back of her head and neck? ??♀️. At the end of the cut I said it felt really odd and she said no it's fine. Like the only thing I specifically asked for was for her to not shave my hair. To not cut short enough to have to shave.
Update: was offered a refund and asked to take my review down. My review is accurate. I have changed from one star to four as stylist admitted that she made a mistake in cutting hair to short and had to shave. I understand mistakes happen. She now understands the importance of discussing this with the client PRIOR to attempting to fix on her own. Like I stated no shaving because I know I have terrible reactions. Once the rash goes away, my hair will be cute. I will not be taking this review down as it is true to my experience.

Great shared space. Gordon has a barber chair and another person was putting highlights in a woman's hair in another chair. Although it showed on Google Maps that it was busy we stopped in anyway. There was a person in his chair and one other person waiting. The wait was not all that long. There are 6 chairs while waiting for a barber or stylist. Great discussion about local activities and events and most importantly a fantastic haircut. Parking in front is shared and a bit tight in its layout but we did see a sign for parking in the back. Worth a visit, I believe you will return. I have been back many times since this review and drive by many other barbers on the way.

Been going here for 3 years. Recent change in staff who aren't quite as friendly and seem to lack training. Twice I've gone into the room, git undressed, in the bed and they forgot to turn the bed on. Making me have to get our of the bed and put on clothes to tell them

I highly recommend this place. My brows were in rough shape when I started going to have them professionally done here. Now they are matching and always look great. I have sensitive skin and have had my skin ripped off at other places and they alway got really red and got the bumps. The lashery uses a soft wax for sensitive skin and I have no issues after. The atmosphere of the place and all the employees are awesome too. They are very welcoming to everyone.
I got a facial and a hot stone massage. Joy made sure I was 100% comfortable the entire time. My face is smooth and happy! I was having trouble with my hip flexor so I told her and she worked her magic! Those hot stone really get the heat deep down. I walked out of there feeling amazing!

I had an unexpected leak in my ceiling above my finished basement Friday night. I called every plumber in town and Patriot was the only one that was willing to come out first thing the next morning. This gentleman fixed out heat pump issues after it flooded our basement. This was when a repairman from another company couldn’t!!! So relieved that it won’t happen again. It caused many thousands of dollars damage to our finished basement!

Steve & Ian were the third plumbers to visit our church today in response to 3 leaking toilets. When I told him this, Steve said: “I’ll be the last” … and he was right. They were great to work with, explained everything they were doing, and the cost was less than half what another company had quoted. They resolved the issue and did a great job cleaning up after. Next time, South East will be my first call!

I just wanted to give an overdue shot out to the gentleman that pulled my van that was stuck in the sand at Daytona Beach back in August of 2020. I was visiting from Detroit, MI and had never driven on a beach before and I got stuck. I have insurance and called AAA but they would not come out to the beach to pull my van out of the sand. Luckily, Anthony Harvey pulled my van out and would not accept any cash for doing so though I graciously offered several times. He smiled, gave me business card, and told me to call him if I ever needed anything. My dearest Mother had just passed away and I was vacationing to take my mind off of reality. Unfortunately our pet had an accident and despite using a carpet cleaning machine and immediately cleaning with enzymatic cleaners, we were unable to get rid of the smell. Thankfully this was resolved with having our carpet cleaned. I would HIGHLY recommend Interior Care Cleaning.

This place is great. I've bought several products from them over the years. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They don't just push you to get the most expensive products, but try to understand what you're working on and give you several options.
We have used Kenworthy on two occasions in the last 6 months. In both cases they were professional, easy to do business with and provided the services in a timely manner. The first was an installation of 75% of our home from carpet to new hardwood floors. It was done flawlessly and in less than 10 days. The second installation we hired Kenworthy to repair, redo, a poorly installed job by a competitive flooring contractor hired by ServPro due to an insurance claim. It was a simple job of one room mismanaged by ServPro and we knew Kenworthy could make it right. We called Lance, told him the situation and he sent his crew out a day later. They did it in a few days and it now matches the other floors. I thoroughly trust any work and commitment from Kenworthy.
Mr. Fullington was super helpful and extremely knowledge and patient when helping my future mother in law and I pick out new living room flooring and new sun room flooring. Great service and just an amazing experience. just now getting around to writing a review but i hired scott schrader to fully replace my roof due to storm damage a while back and i had never dealt with this before and scott and his company/team couldnt have been more helpful. he even met with my insurance adjuster who did not seem to be approving the claim but scott pointed out all the problems and then it was approved. the crew he sent was simply amazing to watch in action. old roof removed, abt 6 decking boards replaced, new roof installed and cleanup all less than 7 hrs from start to finish. i even called them back later for an issue NOT related to their performance/ installation at all and he came out and resolved the issue for me!! i highly recommend chattanooga roofing contractors/ chattanooga contractors group/ scott schrader!!!

The team at Southern Roots landscaping were awesome to work with. We had them install a patio and fire pit around our pool and we had unexpected settling about a year after it was completed. At no cost to me as the owner, they came back and adjusted the base for the pavers and made it look brand new again and took care of all of the settling.

I had one tree deceased and 2 others to clean up. Logan’s crew took care of everything. Trimming/ disposing of tree/ grinding down the stump. My surprise was the crew cleaning up and disposing of the ivy roots that were everywhere. This saved me from having to fill my truck and take it to the landfill. Pricing was very reasonable and beat the competition rather significantly.

We had 3 huge trees cut and removed. All trees were located on our sloping back yard. A huge National Crane was used. They brought in 5 pieces of equipment to do the job. Dr. Fogo—you treated me when I was a kid. 9 yrs old-12 yrs old. At that time, you fixed my cavities with silver fillings. I want you to know that I’m now 51 and the fillings are still in place! Amazing! I grew up and became an attorney. I’m practicing in Nashvillle now. My fillings are still intact but are being replaced now with crowns. When it became clear that the most loving thing to do for her was to put her down, they walked through that process with us so compassionately. Their care and compassion are gifts that they offer to their pet patients as well as us, their families. We are grateful.
We have 3 cats and 2 dogs. One of our cats became very sick and we ultimately decided after Dr Leonard said she had cancer in multiple places to put her down. I'm so glad this is the vets that we have chosen to take care of our animals. They are all amazing people.

Been taking my pets to Dr. Stanley for years, but her treatment of our sweet pitbull, Nimbus, when he needed bladder surgery, and working with us on the bill, was absolutely exceptional. The staff is always very compassionate and knowledgeable. You can tell they truly love their work here. Will never take my furbabies anywhere else.
This has become our new vet. We are new to the Chattanooga area and tried several vets before choosing this one.
We had three dogs and recently had to put down our two older babies. Middle Valley was so sweet and even sent us a handwritten card for our loss.
Something I really appreciate here is the honesty. They will not have you continue to bleed money on things that aren't going to help your fur baby. They are in it for your fur babies' best interests and not making money. I truly appreciate that.

There is no one in Chattanooga that I would trust more with the care of my pets than the staff at Animal Clinic Downtown. They're friendly, caring, and really make sure you understand the different treatment options available to you. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
I brought my cat Bob for a checkup at Northgate Animal Hospital. The doctors and assistants have always been very kind and gentle to our pets over the years. They obviously love their animal patients.

Comb & collar did amazing on my dogs! We have one goldendoodle & one aussiedoodle. Their coats are very high maintenance, so having an amazing groomer makes ALL the difference. They were seeing another one that kept leaving mats & unclipped toes & wouldn’t clean their ears. So I brought them to comb & collar & she did an amazing job with them. She groomed every inch of them! They look like the little handsome pups they are now! She got me in last minute because we were desperate to find someone to fix the mess that was done from the previous groomer. She was really sweet to the dogs as well, which is important knowing I’m leaving them in caring hands!! Their prices are really fair as well, we’re used to paying big bucks for doodles but they don’t always include what you’d consider a FULL groom. Here though, they did the works and It was all included in one price! My boys were so happy there, and I’m So excited we’ve made them a part of our lives now!

Kenzie at Southern Soul is incredible! Her class is intense, but very beginner friendly. My body has completely transformed and this has become my newest addiction. I had been seeing a chiropractor several times a week for 5 months with little progress when I decided to try a different approach to my back, shoulder and neck stiffness. My neck was still tightening up and I was struggling to move my head freely left/ right or up/ down without pain. The Hunter Method greatly improved my discomfort after only one appt. I highly recommend results physiotherapy because I did get the results. I’d hoped for initially. I worked primarily with Alifiya Basrai but occasionally I also worked with Christie and Asia. I found them all to be professional, highly knowledgeable yet warm and thoughtful. They took the time to explain things clearly and answered my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. After a six week course of classes, I now enjoy the gift of having had my issue nearly completely resolved. Continued practice of what I learned is all that’s needed for full correction of my issue.

Miracle worker! I've had a bad back since I was a teenager, which would periodically keep me in bed a couple days, flare ups 3-4 times/year. After 25years of accepting this was my life I went to Andrea, back in 2018. She gave me exercises to do anytime i felt my back going out. As of this 2023 review, 4.5 years after seeing her, my back has not gone out. I just have to do about 2min of exercises she prescribed me, every couple months or so to ward it off. Thanks Andrea, i appreciate how you've made my life so much better!
Highly recommend this group for physical therapy. Over the years I have always just used the “box” therapy place- everyone in one room and your therapist is usually treating 1-4 others at the time they are working with you. At this place- you have one on one time in a room with just you and your therapist. My spine specialist recommended I just “try it” before my lumbar injection. I will never go anywhere else!! Be prepared to get exercise plan to continue at home between your appointments. And what they teach you actually works!! I have several bulging disks, and several vertebrae issues in my lower back. It is called The McKenzie Method—- look it up.

I’ve been training with Isaac for almost a year, and the experience has been incredible. I started working with him to recover from a knee injury and build strength in the surrounding muscles. Isaac has far exceeded my expectations! I genuinely look forward to waking up early and heading to the gym, where I’m greeted by the friendly staff and other clients. The supportive environment, combined with Isaac’s expertise, has made me stronger and healthier. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I have Alpha-Gal, which doesn’t allow me to eat mammalian meat (beef, pork, etc). Or should I say, I used to couldn’t eat it! Wow!!! Dr. Jes Fletcher saw me on the same day I first called. She explained everything to me, and relayed to me the successes she had had with other Alpha-Gal patients. She fully explained everything up front, and what her expectations were. All I can say is wow!! After I went through the procedure, and took the time to let the “needles” do their thing, I can now eat what I want again! I am so overwhelmed by this experience. It is life changing for me and my family. Just think, no beef or pork for almost a decade. Now, that’s all history!! I’m a meat eater again!!!!! I can’t thank Dr. Fletcher enough for her dedication to her field and her passion for helping others!!! Oh, and the rest of the staff are just as nice as they can possibly be!! Go see Dr. Fletcher!!!
Dr. Susan fixed debilitating sciatica I’d had for 7 miserable months in just 3 lovely sessions. I wish I’d gone to her before spending 3 Months in physical therapy and enduring endless searches for a doctor to get me some kind of relief. Despite all of their efforts, I was becoming increasingly worse. By the time I walked into Susan’s office I felt pretty hopeless, depressed and exhausted from the chronic pain and lack of sleep. From the minute I met her she made me feel completely comfortable like we were old friends, all while she was gathering more detailed information about my pain than any practitioner bothered to before.
What struck me was how intuitive she was about what was causing the myriad of other issues I didn’t bother to mention and about my overall lack of wellness. Honestly, I feel like she got my whole body to heal and start to work properly again! I loved the visits. She truly cares about her patients and she’s funny and fascinating and I always left happier and relaxed. But most importantly, she healed what no one else could and has given me my life back, which I will remember and be grateful for always.
