I have just graduated today from physical therapy. This was my third time as a patient at Excel and absolutely my only choice in physical therapists. I have been to three other physical therapy centers in Hixson and none of them can hold a candle to Jeremy and his staff. They are professional and very caring. When I tell any of my Dr's who I am going to for PT they always say they are the best! I highly recommend them and as I told Jeremy today, "I will be back!"

Excel Rehab does a wonderful job with rehab! I have used them multiple times and I won't go anywhere else. They do a good job listening to how I'm feeling so that they can customize my care and help me to feel better and regain function. They are the best rehab in Chattanooga!

How and why is my supposed "PT" that I've never met asking me for 5 stars for her and her company? Nina, is absolutely awesome. However, she works in the Northshore office. I had this other guy, and he was nice, but he was kind of just uniform, and after I left, i received a text from my "PT" stating that was so great meeting me? I never met her. So why am i getting at text from her? I ended up in th e ER and the doctor said it was because of the PT. I will not return.Edit: the founder of Excel ended up reaching out to me. He was kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Thank you for caring about one individual.
