The staff were very nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the work. They repaired the problem and then they cleaned up the mess. You couldn’t tell they had been working in that area.
UPDATE 7/6/26 As always, Corey was professional, friendly and got my plumbing back to normal in record time! ....Corey N. was great - friendly, efficient and got my drains unclogged quickly. He also took off his shoes in my house, which was just fantastic and shows that he cares about the homes he visits. I didn't ask him to do that, he was just observant and respectful. I will always call roto-rooter and ask for Corey! Thanks again for the excellent service!
We went with Roto Rooter to have our septic tank pumped the day after another company failed to show up for the job. Aaron came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We will use Roto Rooter again.
