The whole experience was great! I had them replace the lid on my tank with one that had a riser. They dug it up when they said they would but had to order a custom lid but got it done in a reasonable time. Scotty and his partner were amazing. Very personable and they work hard. Leveled out the area very well.
Robert Luttrel of Roto Rotor came out to replace a garbage disposal which was at least 40 years old. Robert was very professional and quickly completed the job, provided a new key to unman the disposal and a new stopper! I highly recommend Roto Rotor and if possible ask for Robert. He is a gentleman and professional plumber!
Jorge and Bryan did an exceptional job emptying the septic tank for our Rising Fawn cabin! They explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and gave me suggestions as to what I could do to help the septic system in the future. Septic tanks are new to me and they were willing to answer all my questions. They coordinated with each other in doing their job, cleaned up totally, and even put dirt back on the tank. When l need this done again, Roto Rooter of Chattanooga will certainly be the ones I will call.
