Ray Frisbee was fabulous! When the water company informed me that I had continuous water usage, Ray gave suggestions of where to look for a leak. I sent Ray a video of what I found, and he immediately diagnosed the problem and explained that it was an issue from the water company’s end and they should be responsible for it. They disagreed, so Ray ended up calling the company himself and got them out to fix the leak! What a kind, knowledgeable, and professional guy! Thank you, Ray!
It has been a little while ago that Ray checked out an issue at my home. I could not have been happier with his plumbing services! He arrived on time, did the job, explained in detail all he did and his kind demeanor and professionalism were very refreshing. His price was reasonable as well and the whole process made me feel that I was well taken care of by a very knowlegeable plumber.
