Me and my family have been looking for a good vet practice for years. We all used to go to Riverview animal hospital. But since Tai sold it, it hasn't been the same. The service I've had the past week, getting an international health certificate for my cats, has been outstanding. They are so friendly there and they clearly care about your animals. That is becoming a rarity in these strange times. I have moved out of the country, but I'm sure all my family will be going there from here on out. And also I will recommend it to anyone with ears to listen. Thank you Kayla March for the recommendation.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST! I took my cat Bats, a 10 week old stray who was born in my backyard and was sick as hell, and East Ridge had him back to full health in no time. You can tell they actually care about animals & aren’t one of these straight for profit places that are run like a Bel Air plastic surgery clinic you see everywhere these days. None of this “drop off only” crap, and they perform up to date & alternative treatments and give you the choice with very competitive prices. I’m only taking my best friend to these people for whatever he needs.

I had to bring my little 21-year-old Bichon in to be put to sleep. Dr Durden is the kindest veterinarian I've ever met. Everyone in the office is so kind and so compassionate I will never go anywhere else. Everyone in this office really does care.
