Have used Massey Services (previously Mayfield Brothers) for approx. 20-+ years. Always provided exceptional service and great customer service! Always very professional! Our representative does our pest control for our home, rental property and parents! Would definitely recommend!

UPDATED:Soon after leaving my review, I was contacted by Jon. He promptly made an appointment to return to retreat our house. He was exceptional! I will definitely recommend Massey. Jon treated the whole house as we had expected the first time. I will always contact him for my service.We always used Mayfield Brothers before being bought out by Massey. We felt like we would get the same service with Massey. The man who came to our house didn’t stay long. He never went to the basement until I asked him to. We are extremely pleased with the services Mayfield has provided at our home. They handle our annual termite inspection, quarterly pest control, and have handled issues with squirrels as well. Everyone has always been very nice and professional. Mr. Chuck does our quarterly pest control and we LOVE him. Honestly, if Chuck ever left Mayfield, we would either follow him to his next employer or we would just handle pest control on our own.
