My Patriot plummer was Pallas Hall. Pallas was the most friendly tech I've ever met. Pallas went above and beyond to make sure my service experience was pleasent and worry free. He seemed to be very knowlegable about his job as a plummer. Thanks Patriot Plumming.

From the very 1st phone call to Patriot Services, I knew I was dealing with quality people.First impressions are everything.Then Demetrius showed up right on time and I knew instantly that I was in good hands. He found the source of the water leak and got busy doing an excellent job fixing it. But he made sure to explain to me what he needed to do and why. And he never once talked to me like the book, "Plumbing for Dummies", he spoke to me with respect.He showed me the old PVC pipes and explained why it cracks because it's unable to expand and contract, depending on the weather but the blue tubing/pipes are able to do so, which makes them less likely to crack.When Demetrius...read full review

I received service within 15 minutes of calling Patriot Services. Pallas Hall was our technician and he was professional and explained everything to me throughout the process. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour. I’m very grateful for his hard work.
