Bill is a great PT! Very knowledgeable, personable, attentive and encouraging. He challenged me while meeting me where I was physically and made sure I was very involved in my plan of care. I made significant progress in the 2 months I worked with him. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to work with him because I am moving out of town. I wish I could bring him with me! I hope y’all are paying him well because he is a phenomenal Physical Therapist and a great asset to your company.
There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this business. I've been seeing Krystal for several months and just recently switched to Katie for a while while Krystal is out. Krystal has been amazing.... When I first started coming here I did not have a whole lot of hope because I have a full nerve entrapment in my shoulder and have lost a significant amount of strength and mobility, I couldn't lift my arm over my head or out to the side at all, and no one else in nearly 10 years has been able to do much for me..... but in about 7 months time she has got me able to lift my arm almost fully up as well as being able to use weights. My therapist, Bill, was very attentive, listened to my concerns and developed a personalized program which definitely helped correct my back issues. During my sessions, I had his undivided attention and he was intent on making I was doing all the exercises correctly. I would definitely recommend this facility. The entire staff was excellent.
