Shannon is the absolute best groomer! She's so kind and always so gentle with my dog. My dog was really anxious when we first started going and Shannon was so accommodating with her and made her feel so much better about getting her nails trimmed! If you want the best groomer in Chattanooga, Shannon is HER!

Shannon and her team did an exceptional job grooming one of my rescue dogs that was matted and full of dirt! She looked like a whole new dog when they were done with her! Most importantly you can see Shannon’s deep love for animals and that reflects in her work! I highly recommend them!

Bless these people!!! I rescue dogs and rescued a dog that is matted up and in pain. Left behind by its owners that moved and left her behind. She’s a beautiful dog, but nobody else could get her in today. I called and explained the situation, and they were able to get her in right away and bless us! Well we are going to bless you guys.
