I’ve had good experiences there before, but this time I got a lot darker than I wanted, despite choosing the same tan level as previously. I also had little dark spots that looked like age spots. Really dark hands & feet that just looked dirty, even though I has barrier cream on them so thick it was visible.Giving it 4 stars because the girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly when I checked in. And I did get a tan on my body, which was the goal.

This was the first time I have ever walked into a Sun Tan City and the beautiful young lady whose name is Faith was absolutely amazing with her knowledge of the products and the time she spent explaining what would be best for my preferences. She is a great asset to this company and should be recognized as such. She was such a delight to talk with, very helpful, and made sure my visit was successful as well as pleasant. I would definitely recommend going to see Faith at Sun Tan City on Signal Mountain Blvd in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

I came in to buy the unlimited visits. They did tell me about the birthday special which was a great deal, but I didn’t want to pay that much money upfront. Then I asked about the monthly visits, and I was unable to do those just for one month at a time as they automatically come out of your checking account. She then told me that I would get two charges basically for one month since April was almost over and then get charged again the first part of May. I only wanted to purchase one month at a time but this was unavailable or she did not advise me if there was anything available that I was asking for.
