We visited the ER in Soddy Daisy. We appreciate the ability get in to be seen very quickly. The communication was good and their swift ability to calm our most immediate fears was appreciated. The doctor was kind and thorough. We did not have as positive an experience once we were in Chattanooga on McCallie at that facility.

I never saw the ER, I was sent straight to my room from Parkridge Urgent Care. I hope this finds the right people. I've stayed in a few hospitals over the years, various surgeries etc... but I was really very well taken care of at Parkridge Medical Center most recently. I had a heart attack and was transferred from Urgent Care to Parkridge (McCallie Ave). After a couple days of tests to determine the treatment needed, we found I needed double bypass surgery. The doctors and surgeons made me feel comfortable with what was ahead, explained why it was my best option, and put me at ease.
