I stopped in today and was pleasantly surprised with the staff, especially Shayla.
Super friendly and helpful. It is very nice to encounter genuine kindness; that seems so rare nowadays.
About Sun Tan City
Sun Tan City offers both traditional sun tanning and spray tanning options. Customers can customize their tanning plans to achieve their desired results. The Chattanooga location is praised for its cleanliness and friendly staff, particularly a staff member who works mornings. Clients appreciate the availability of advanced equipment like the KBL bed.
However, some customers have reported pushy sales tactics regarding products. There have also been complaints about the appearance of the spray tan, with some describing it as unnatural. Despite these criticisms, the salon is generally well-regarded for its cleanliness, bright bulbs, and attentive staff.
