Chris was awesome! Stanley Steemer comes through AGAIN! Second time for using them in our home and the job was brilliant. Communicated well, efficient with the timing, most certainly a professional job. Very reasonably priced, exceeded expectations. We have a cat and he made sure I had the cat secure (not an outdoor cat) before he started the cleaning machine. I do recommend without hesitation.
Thanks, Chris and Jessica you saved us from having to buy a new couch, barstools and kitchen chairs. You guys did an amazing job I wish I had more before and after thanks for being so professional and pleasant, and most importantly committed to doing a good job and trustworthy! You are both blessings and if you’re ever in the neighborhood, feel free to stop by and say hello!
We did have some issues with scheduling, but once they arrive service was professional, and fairly speedy. We did have to opt for some mold encapsulation, which added to the cost, but we were briefed on that at the estimate, and the techs were open and above board with what evidence there was and reccomendations.
