Jace and Mike were awesome! Very knowledgeable, kind respectful and hard workers. They cleaned all of our duct work and the dryer vent. It was amazing the difference. I am anxious to see if my utility bill goes down.
The website to book the appointment was very easy to use. The text/telephone follow-up to confirm my appointment and to let me know when the tech would be arriving is great customer service that I appreciate very much.Alexander was very professional and knowledgeable. He asked questions about our furniture/rug prior to cleaning. He explained everything he was going to do and he was very thorough. We are very pleased with his work. Nigel and Jeff were fantastic. They came in ready work and they were so pleasant. You don’t get that much anymore. They were so knowledgeable. I was afraid one rug was beyond cleaning.
