Just had a deep massage from Anna after the Chickamauga Half Marathon and it was just what the doctor ordered! I highly recommend her for a massage, be it functional or for relaxation. Very professional.

I have been seeing Dr Jeff for almost a year. He is fantastic! He takes his time with each person. Appts are typically 30 minutes. He spends his time to unwind, untwist, and loosen your whole body.It greatly improves my quality of life and mobility when I see him regularly.Highly recommend!

Just had a massage with Anna and WOW what a difference it makes to receive bodywork from someone who is so tuned in energetically. At times her hands seemed to be playing an instrument in the intuitive way she listened to my muscles. I left feeling deeply seen and nurtured. ?
