Ken is an amazing Physical Therapist! Emma at his front desk is very sweet and professional - you feel very welcome when walking in the door. Went to Ken summer 2022 after a few paralysis episodes due to neck nerve damage. After a few months of physical therapy sessions and at home therapy exercises, mobility in back and neck were restored and pain subsided. Highly recommend going to Specialized Physical Therapy!

I’ve had Physical Therapy for several issues and injuries over the years. The first day I walked in the door at Specialized, I knew immediately this was a different kind of approach and a higher level of personalized care. At Specialized Physical Therapy Dr. Ken Keach asked very specific questions and evaluated every aspect of my conditions. My treatment has always been specific and very effective at Specialized. I would be settling for less if I ever went anywhere else just because it was closer to home or closer to work. I can’t recommend Ken Keach enough. After having symptoms worsen under another physical therapist, I vowed I would never try PT again. My friend convinced me to try Ken and within one week I felt significantly better. After about a month, my neck issues have dramatically improved and I feel so encouraged. This was even done entirely remote as I don’t live in Chattanooga!
