Technician was punctual and professional. Identified the problem quickly and gave me the next steps to take. There was a problem with a manufacturing defect on a sink hardware set so I will need to deal with that before they can come back and follow up.
We have tried for about a month to get an electrician to come out and do the work we needed done ... other companies would say they were coming out but never show up or rescedule three times in a row ... Bryce (with Hiller) was very professional on time and actually showed up on the day they said he would... Bryce was here for an estimate but to be honest we were just Happy that Hiller sent a rep when they said they would... we signed up for Hiller's maintenance program and feel confident that we made the right choice ... thanks Bryce great job
