I contacted Jason about my leaking washing machine hose and he arrived at my house in less than an hour. He had all the parts needed to replace the hose. He was really knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly and correctly, and wiped up the water mess, leaving my home even cleaner than when he arrived.
