Everyone in the office treated me with kindness and respect, from the front desk to the dentists themselves. I had two crowns put in the front and they did such a great job while maintaining a friendly and calm environment. Great place.
I am always amazed at how great everyone works together to help each other. I have never felt more cared for by a group of people who are always happy and make me forget why I’m there (chemo). I can’t say one negative thing about the staff, I always left there after treatment with a smile ?.
Erie is very fortunate to have such a great organization here. First time coming here, all the staff were more than kind and polite. The front desk ladies, the nurses, everyone was so positive and seemed like a very welcoming environment and a good workplace culture. Thx for the kindness. Dr Nelson was great. I went there for a second opinion. He listened and explained things in a way I could understand. He took his time and was thorough. I think I found a new podiatrist.

Pretty good, they gave me exactly what they asked for and after a washing some of the product out I'm pretty happy with it. Only criticism is that they too much product and it makes it hard to judge the haircut at first, but otherwise everything about the experience was great.

I can't tell you how much I love having Makaila as the manager of the Buffalo Road Store in Erie, PA. She's like a breath of fresh air every time I visit the store. She's always so friendly and her customer service is exceptional! I can always tell when she's working because you open the door and you can smell the cleanliness (I'm not joking either). I have the option of visiting three different locations around me, but that one is my most favorite!

Within the whole year that I’ve been going to this specific zoom tan location I’ve only had a few interactions that were not ideal with only one certain staff member that is no longer there, thankfully.

Best place to get a pedicure. They deeply take care of the nails, along with getting ALL dead skin and callouses off. Used to get my nails done here but wasn’t always 100% satisfied with them so I only do pedicures here. Tony gives the best! Would recommend to anyone for a detailed pedicure!
Very professional and clean salon. During my visits to nail salons, I often find that the process to clean and disinfect the area in between clients is not the best. I typically do not return to such places. However, as I sat at M Nails and watched during my pedicure I was impressed. I will definitely be returning to M Nails as this is an establishment that is managed with care and caution. My nail person was very friendly,welcoming and kept checking to ensure I was happy with the color.

OMG the entire experience was amazing from appt scheduling to the appt. The website is very detailed and clear to understand. I like how she adds pictures to show what the lashes look like, that helped me choose to go with the volume ones. I trusted the process so much I tipped before I even got to the appt and she did not disappoint. When I arrived her voice was so gentle telling me to come back. I felt comfortable soon as I walked into the room. She was absolutely gorgeous, professional and well prepared not scrambling around trying to get things in order, the space was clean, beautifully decorated and the music was EVERYTHING!!!!! I remember feeling relaxed like I fell asleep and then she was done. It went so fast I realize she made it such a relaxing stress-free environment I dozed off. I love my lashes they are perfect it has been 2 weeks and they still look good. Even if they get wet they went right back into place without me having to brush them into place. I rub my eyes a lot and the lashed still remained in place. I was at a conference and got so many compliments. Sorry for the long review but I had to tell the world everything LOL! Yall just make an appt and you will see what I mean. I will definitely be back!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Ronin Ink. I have many tattoos but haven't gotten a new one in almost ten years. My previous artist is no longer in the business, and being an autistic adult, I struggled to feel comfortable with someone new. But Nick did a fantastic job, and I was able to remain calm the entire time. I got a memorial tattoo for my Dad who recently passed away, and I'm super impressed with the quality and attention to even the smallest detail. I will definitely come back to Nick in the future and have already recommended him to a couple friends.

I am pleased with the work and the results. Travis did a good job explaining the costs and doing the work involved in cleaning the sewer line. But my wife and I feel that the charges for about a half hour of work were way too high.

Adam did a great job removing a garbage disposal and installing a kitchen faucet and water filter. Our plumbing is old with issues and he was able to correct the problems. Everything was left neat and clean.
In addition, the office personnel did a great job of scheduling to accommodate our needs.
Tim and Travis did a good job for us and fixed the proble. Quickly, and gave us recommendations for the future.

I contacted Matthew Shalkham for a quote to install a Level 2 EV charger in my garage. He responded the next day and came out to review what I needed and furnish a quote. I got the quote the same day.
I already had 240 service in the garage, but I wanted the charger in a location that required installing additional wiring. They thoughtfully and carefully ran the wiring up through a storage space above the garage and minimized the amount of visible cable in the garage. The charger they provided is a highly rated Emporia.
The two guys Matthew put on the job were Jonathan and Jay. They were polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to ask questions and gave updates as they completed the work. They cleaned up afterwards. They finished the job in about a half day. They provided professional level service and clearly enjoyed what they were doing.
I am extremely happy with the work they did. I'm also happy with the price I paid for this product and service. Matthew and his crew deserve 5 stars. Before I retired, I was a professional buyer in manufacturing and also ran Supply Chain organizations within those companies. I keep a spreadsheet of approved contractors. It has 3 tabs. To Try, Approved, and Do Not Use. Matthew is in the Approved category and it's well deserved, well earned. I will be using them again for future electrical work.

I've bought many appliances at Fullerton's and have always been happy. Yes, nothing is made as well as in years past, but Fullerton carries far more trustworthy brands than you'll find at the big box stores. And if you need service, they can fix it--not so when you buy garbage LG and Samsung from Home Depot. Their customer service team is professional and helpful. Love that they carry Speed Queen washers and dryers--I will not buy anything else as they are workhorses that are still made in America.
Had issues with my car not detecting my key fob and replacing the battery didn’t fix it. Dr. Auto Lock came out, diagnosed the problem, and programmed my spare key fob that had never worked with the car. Professional service and explained everything clearly. Glad to have a reliable key again.

This company is amazing, we had a last minute emergency in two of our stores to change locks because an employee left. We called them and the owner was booked but he found a way to fit us in. They were willing to work with us even when they were short staffed. They send an amazing employee in a hour he had changed and rekeyed both stores. The service from the first call to the job being done was amazing and you will not beat the price they didn’t even charge us extra because it was a last minute thing. Thanks guys.

Maybe they had an emergency and never called you back in error.

I am very pleased with the job of waterproofing my basement. They were very informative every step of the way. They were polite & very neat. I was very pleased with the job they did.
Needed to have a inside french drains installed. Klein's did that dec 2025. We are very happy with quality, neatness, and efficiency. Our basement has been dry ever since. No wet block or floor or leak. We only had a problem during ground saturation and very hard rain. But it has been tested this past week.
If you are looking for a company that does a high quality work on time and without issues, look no further. Unified contracting fixed gutters and leaks that builder of the house overlooked. It prevented major water damage to the house. Guys are very knowledgeable about construction and offer valuable advices. The rates are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work. I hired them more than once to do gutter work and some roofing. They stand behind their workmanship and will come back to repair even if it is not their fault. Heavy snow last winter bent out some gutters and they came out and fixed them, even though it was not their fault. Highly recommend them for any of your house repair needs. We had multiple estimates for our kitchen repair from ice dam damage from this past winter. While many other companies overestimated how much work would cost DRS gave a fair assessment that matched with what my home insurance assessment found. They made a great recommendation for another company to handle the cabinet repair that was part of the project. They were easy to communicate with and communicated with my insurance company as well to make sure everything went smoothly and was covered appropriately. They were transparent on the timeline (damaged happened in winter, repair happened in September), and once the work was completed, the workers were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely recommend, and I will be considering them for personal projects in the future!

Excellent dryer vent cleaning and repair services were offered by AFF Air duct & dryer vent cleaning and Chimney inspector Of PA. Lint buildup combined with moisture, a major cause of mold growth, was discovered during the dryer duct cleaning procedure. The technician explained everything clearly and resolved the issue quickly. They enhanced ventilation and thoroughly cleaned the entire system. They provided dependable and timely repair services. I'm quite happy with the outcome.

Miss Chantal is SO gifted. I have had a massage at my chiropractor before which I loved but her work is on a whole different level of excellence. I was in Erie for a stressful family medical emergency and by the end of a week advocating at the hospital e wry day for 12 hours my back was so tight I did not even want to move even to take a shower at the end of the day. I was holding all the tension between my shoulders. Chantal took lots of time talking beforehand so she could understand my medical history and what had precipitated my need for a massage. I asked her about her training after a peaceful/restorative/respectful/intuitive massage and I was not surprised she graduated at the top of her class and has had her practice for 8 years. The pain went down immediately, I was a little sore the second day as she predicted, and on the third day when I was driving the 5 hours back home I was totally pain free. A session here will be worth every $.
I am not a fan of the giant Buddha painting she has in the reception area but other than that I could not have had a better, more healing experience. Look how relaxed I look in my “after” picture, even though I had run on 6 hours of sleep a night for 5 days!!!

Excellent staff. Listened to what I said. Did a few preliminary movements and questions. Tried several different stretches, stem therapy. Had a little homework to do. Second visit was able to move forward with expanding exercises and stretching. Feel a lot better.

Dr. Carley was absolutely vital to my pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and I can’t recommend her — or pelvic floor PT — enough.
During pregnancy, she helped me understand what to expect from birth and created tailored workout and stretching routines that kept me feeling strong and prepared.
Postpartum, she provided scar massage and internal work that were game-changers for my healing from an unexpected c-section. The education she provided was just as valuable as the hands-on treatment . I did a ton of research on my own beforehand, but it honestly couldn’t compare to having a dedicated in-person experience with someone who knew my body and my recovery.
She also encouraged me to invest in an at-home pelvic floor tool, and I’m soooo grateful she did. After months of persistent tailbone pain, it literally evaporated overnight. I’ve been pain-free for weeks — something I honestly wasn’t sure was ever possible.
What sets Dr. Carley apart is that she doesn’t just treat you, she teaches you to understand and advocate for your own body. They also take cash patients if you’re not fully covered by insurance, so don’t let that stop you from reaching out.
If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or dealing with pelvic floor issues, she is absolutely worth it.
Oh and the woman who handles billing and scheduling in the front desk is a godsend! We had a miscommunication about payment and she really did go above and beyond to make sure I knew what to expect moving forward.
