“Called Friday 2-20-2026 Dave J. Winston, LLC & talked to Andrea (very informative, knowledgeable) to have a plumber come to put in Bidet & we had no hot water. Dave came within the hour. Dave said the hot water tank needed a water heater gas valve. He could not put in the Bidet, due to when he shut off the main water line , he said it was dripping & leaking for some time & our carpet was wet & we have another issue that needs addressed & fixed & Dave calle Erie Water Works to schedule Monday 2 -23-2026 @9am to shut off outside main water line to fix the inside leaking water line valve. Due to the weekend, Dave, Steve & Erie Water Works came was here on time Monday 2-23-2026 @ 9am & the work was done in 2 hours.
