“I have been going to West Penn for years. I like the personalized service I receive. I have gotten to know the Dr. and office staff over the years and feel welcomed at this office.I went to a large chain for an eye exam and glasses in between optical coverage and that was an eye opener (pun intended). It was very impersonal. The staff did not seem knowledgeable and the pressure for add ons was annoying. I felt more like a customer than a patient.I have been pleased West Penn's service and their products (glasses and contacts). Their selection of glass frames is a little limited at times. If they cannot help you find anything there, you are always given a copy of you prescription so you can shop around.This review is based on my own experiences with this office. I would recommend them to friends and family.“

“As an out-of-town visitor, I called Griffith Eye Center to see if they could adjust my glasses, which had gotten whacked out of shape from the car trip. All the employees were very nice, and the adjustment that was done was done to perfection. They seemed very happy to give me the service and did not charge me a fee for the adjustment. I would do business with them anytime if I were a resident of Erie or Millcreek.“
