However dealing with Sears was a nightmare. Paul came for the initial meeting, saw the problem and ordered the part to be shipped directly to me.
I received the part and an appointment by Sears was scheduled for the 21st.
No one came and I was not notified of a change. When I checked the status it said the part hadn't been shipped. My whole experience with Sears( not Paul)
was very frustrating and cost me $100
at the laundermat.
