“Took my bestfriend here for 1 of her bday surprises and it was so relaxing. We took the slow and mindful class with Amy and it was super fun. It really is for anyone at any level (me being a beginner and my bestfriend being a pro) it was calming, easy, and Amy is super kind. 10/10 recommended“

“Came to Erie for few days from Tampa and went to yoga Erie ! It started with a warm welcome from owner and her staff , the space was ultra clean and very well run . I had a wonderful time and sweated it out . Will be back next trip to Erie ❤️“
