Steven Krauza has been instrumental in my wellness journey. He has provided me with chiropractic adjustments which have greatly helped with stiffness in my neck. He is very knowledgeable regarding nutrition, and has helped me increase my protein intake which has resulted in a stronger immune system and increased energy and strength. He has encouraged me every step of the way, and has helped me to stay motivated and trust the process. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Krauza to anyone embarking on a wellness journey. Back in college, a good 27 years ago, I twisted my back, which, in turn, caused unbelievably painful sciatica issues. Some flare ups would render me bedridden. I was always told to go see a chiropractor, but, I always believed that chiropractors were quacks (Sorry, Dr. Steve), so I lived with the back pain for years. It got to the point that, during my most recent flare up (October '22), I had to call into work- something I had never had to do.
