I was about to give up on fixing my speed queen drier then I met Josh at their store. He convinced me not to give up. He sent out technician Ian, my old drier was stubborn. They sent me another technician. Old school Mike the service manager was awesome. Long story short. My drier is working like new at after being 15 years old plus. They are old school honest, tell you is it worth fixing or replacing. I will be seeing them soon for a washer replacement, my old one would cost more than a new one. We bought a dishwasher from Fullerton Appliance in Erie, Pa last week. We had a small mistake happen and the customer service was unbelievable. I would highly recommend purchasing all your appliances from them. I will definitely be a return customer.
If you buy a GE dishwasher make sure you purchase the extended warranty. Ours broke just after the one year warranty was up. Service technician said it'll be one week for the parts to come in, it's been close to 4 and still counting
