The staff at Zoom Tan are generally great, welcoming customers, answering questions, and ensuring the best experience possible. However, there have been a few employees who were less than pleasant, with one customer even stating they had the "personality of a wet noodle" and wouldn't make eye contact. Despite this, the majority of the staff, like Alison, are described as sweet and helpful.

I have to say, the manager Kaitlyn is fantastic! Always greets me with a smile and makes the whole experience so much better. Today, I was having trouble deciding which tanning package was best for me, and she took the time to explain all the options and help me find the perfect fit. The salon is always clean and well-organized, which I really appreciate. Honestly, the positive atmosphere and excellent service are a direct reflection of the manager's hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this Zoom Tan location because of her! Happy Fourth of July to our new friend kaitlyn🇺🇸

Great experience thanks to Katelynn. Always upbeat, friendly, helpful and positive. Always keeping me informed of sales and promotions, very professional, knowledgeable, and service with a smile. If I still had my business, I would steal her from you to work for me, what an asset she is. Rarely do you come across to a person who is so positive and a pleasure to be around. You are so fortunate to have a person of this caliper working for you. Always a joy stopping in to tan with her working.
