Every person involved that I had contact with was not only informative and helpful, but truly cared for my family and the dire situation before us, from start to finish’The actual workers handling the situation were polite, genuinely cared for our well being, our belongings, and did everything they could do help salvage what was salvageable, and did an incredible job removing the waste, cleaning, then sanitizing, and then drying out our basement. They always had answers to our questions, were flexible about coming and going, I just couldn’t have asked for a better experience in the midst of a horrendous situation. They gave us our lives back and completed the job with flying colors. A true “Family-like” business. “BJ, Dion and Tyler did a great job. They were all very courteous and respectful of my property. I still am not quite sure how they were able to move heavy objects like my washer and dryer, but they did it. And then right before they were ready to leave, I had just got several empty boxes and I could not carry them into my new entrance way, which had steps because they had to block off my ramp into the house. But they all saved the day by bringing in the boxes as a favor for me, it took them less than 10 minutes and it would have taken me, a 74 year old woman, a good hour in this winter snow to accomplish this task. They went above their call of duty. I so appreciate that.June“
